Membership Eligibility

- Membership is open to individuals who identify as female or non-binary and work within Credit Risk, Risk, Collections, Analytics, or Data/Tech in Australia or New Zealand.
- Membership is subject to validation through LinkedIn or an email introduction to ensure eligibility.
Code of Conduct

- Members must adhere to our "No Drama Allowed" policy. Any behavior that disrupts the community, including but not limited to harassment, discrimination, or using the platform for inappropriate purposes, will result in membership cancellation.
Membership Cancellation

- We reserve the right to cancel any membership that does not meet our eligibility criteria, violates our code of conduct, or uses the community for purposes outside the intended scope.
Privacy and Data Use

- We respect your privacy and will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By signing up, you agree to our use of your data for membership validation, communication, and community engagement.
Member Responsibilities

- Members are expected to contribute positively to the community, maintain confidentiality regarding other members' information, and not engage in activities that could harm the community's reputation.
Amendments to Terms

- We may update these terms from time to time. Members will be notified of any significant changes, and continued participation will constitute acceptance of the updated terms.
Dispute Resolution

- Any disputes arising from membership or the use of the members’ section shall be governed by the laws of VIC, Australia, and members agree to resolve disputes through amicable negotiation before seeking any legal remedy.
Termination of Membership

- Membership may be terminated at any time by the member or by us if the member fails to comply with these terms."
